Exchange Policy
This website is owned and operated by SHANTIO FASHIONS LLP.
- All our products are made to order. Once you place the order, we do not offer any exchanges or returns. Once an order is placed on our website with the size specifications chosen, we are not liable for any size or fitting issues. The piece comes with a 3-inch margin for any alterations.
- Any customization requests made by the client in terms of size, garment length, Colour, or pattern change of a particular style will be done after full payment against the order. The brand holds no accountability for the look of the product once the customization is done as per the client's requests.
- Any kind of defects in the product should be informed within 3 days of delivery. Also, issues with the replacement of defected pieces will try to be resolved as soon as possible, but it may take time in the case of hand-embroidered products and depends on the garment too. - We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. In the event of a size issue, we can always facilitate an exchange for the size you need. For size exchanges, the product should be unused and unworn, with all tags intact. Requests for exchanges must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Please note that a product can only be exchanged once; subsequent exchanges are not permitted.

Once your exchange request is approved, Peetazari will organize the reverse pickup for your convenience. - Products sent to us without prior exchange authorization will not be eligible for exchanges.
- Any product purchased by the Customer at a certain time will not be exchanged / adjusted to the discounted price if the product goes on sale.
- For any request on order cancellations, Peetazari reserves the right to accept or reject the requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of our usual business practice, the amount would not be refunded. However, a customer can redeem the transferred amount for some other outfit. Cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing the order on Peetazari.com.
- In the case of cancellation of a single product from a multiple product order, a credit note will be issued for the same value as the cancelled garment. No adjustments will be made in the final billing of that cancelled garment.
- We make every effort to choose the best courier services, but once a package is dispatched, any delays caused by the courier are beyond our control. However, we remain committed to addressing such issues to the best of our ability. Please note that in such cases, returns or refunds will not be considered.
